Official English translated high school transcript and/or GED. Copies of diplomas will not be accepted.
In addition, applicant must pass our entrance examination in both verbal and quantitative assessment. Required scores of 125 or better.
Interested applicants must submit their application online or in person and pay a (NON-REFUNDABLE) Application Fee: ($150.00)
Applicant must make provision to take the entrance examination and achieve a GED level 1 passing score on both quantitative and verbal assessment. ALL APPLICANTS MUST COME WITH A PICTURE ID AND SSN CARD.
Applicant must furnish the school with the following documents after successfully passing the entrance exams: High School/GED Transcript, Valid CPR, two(2) letters of recommendation, drug test, criminal background check, Health Records : PPD/chest X-ray result, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, TDAP, Flu Vaccination or Declination
Applicants MUST be prepared to present the original copies of ALL DOCUMENTS during the interview stage of the admission process.

Applicants with transcripts from outside the United States should have their transcripts evaluated by one of our evaluating agencies, and the results sent to us at the above address.
